      DURNING OUR FIRST SESSION, WE WILL DISCUSS 
      PRESENT CONCERNS AND FUTURE GOALS WHICH          WILL HELP TO CREATE A FOUNDATION FOR OUR              JOURNEY TOGETHER. 

      DURING EACH CHECK IN WE WILL EVALUATE YOUR          PREVIOUS WEEK AND IMPLEMENT A NEW LIFESTYLE          MODIFICATION TO HELP YOU REACH YOUR                    GOAL. EACH WEEK WILL BUILD ON THE LAST TO              ALLOW FOR A SUSTAINABLE AND REALISTIC LIFESTYLE        CHANGE TO OCCUR.
